Liposuction And Liposculpting - Before & After Photo Gallery

This is a 36 y.o. female from Los Angeles who was very active but still had some stubborn areas of fat that just would go away. She consulted with Dr. Svehlak to discuss her concerns. Because she was near her ideal body weight, she was a great candidate for body contouring.

Dr. Svehlak performed liposuction and lipocontouring of her abdominal wall, waist, medial thighs, and anterior thighs. She had a very nice improvement in the areas of concern. She was very pleased with her results.

She also had autologous fat transfer to her face to improve an aging tired look.

This is a 36 y.o. female who was done having children.  She consulted with Dr. Svehlak for a Mommy Makeover.  She wanted fuller and perkier breasts, and a leaner curvier body.  She wanted to get her Bikini Body back.

Dr. Svehlak performed a breast augmentation with silicone Implants placed under the muscle via a lower areola incision (Natrelle, Style 15, 286cc on right and 304cc on left).  He also performed body sculpting with liposuction of the flanks, back, inner thighs, outer thighs, and inner knees, with fat transfer to the buttocks.  She was very happy with her new body.

40-year old woman who had a revision breast lift with silicon implant and areola reduction along with liposuction of the abdomen and fat transfer.

Patient is a 40 year old female who had had a tummy tuck 10 yrs prior. Dr. Svehlak performed liposuction to re-shape her arms, axilla, back, abdomen, flanks, inner thighs, and knees using Vaser Ultrasound.  He also revised her tummy tuck scar (dog ear scar revision) and performed a Brazilian butt lift with fat grafting to buttocks (510cc to each side).

This is a 39 y.o. female from Signal Hill, CA, who was very active but had several areas of stubborn fat deposits. She consulted with Dr. Svehlak.

Dr. Svehlak performed full body liposuction and lipocontouring including treating the abdominal wall, flanks, inner thighs, outer thighs, and front of thighs. She had significant reduction of the fat deposits with improvement in contours. A total of 4,600cc of lipoaspirate was removed from all areas. She was very happy with the results.

This is a 38 year old female from Pasadena, CA, who wanted to reduce the fullness and pooch of her abdominal wall.

Dr. Svehlak performed a Minisculpt procedure (Liposuction done under a local anesthesia) on her abdominal wall using the SLIM Lipo Laser device. The laser helps to loosen and “melt” the fat, and reduce bruising and swelling. She was back to work in a few days. These photos are only 4 days after her surgery.  She was thrilled with her results.

This is a 38 year old female from Hacienda Heights, CA, who wanted more fullness in her buttocks and breasts but did not want breast implants. She wanted contouring of her body. She was evaluated by Dr. Svehlak for his expertise. She only wanted slightly fuller breasts but more change to her buttocks.

Dr. Svehlak performed autologous fat transfer to both breasts and to her buttocks (Brazilian Butt Lift). He harvested fat via liposuction from her abdominal wall, flanks, lower back, inner and outer thighs, and knees.  275cc of fat was transferred to her right buttock and 265cc to her left buttock. 205cc of fat was transferred to the right breast and 100cc was transferred to the left breast. The after photo shows more fullness with some improvement in symmetry.

The patient was happy with her new, implant-free breast size and fuller buttocks, and improved body contours.
