This patient had breast deformity because her previous surgeon used an implant that was too small and too narrow and was placed above the muscle; as a result her breasts had a very fake look. She said she felt as though her breasts looked like balls and her nipples were uneven. Dr. Yamini removed her old implants, and created a pocket under her muscles and placed a new larger and wider silicone implant that was a more proper and natural fit for her chest and then he performed a small breast lift to position the nipples slightly higher and more even. Now her breasts look much more natural with a nicer cleavage.
