A 41 y.o. male from Los Angeles who felt, as a tall man, to have a small “weak looking” chin. He consulted with Dr.Svehlak to discuss his concerns.

Dr. Svehlak performed a chin augmentation with placement of an extra large silicone chin implant (Implantech extended anatomical implant) through a very small well hidden incision on the inside of his lower lip. No incisions were made on the outside. He also had Vaser ultrasound liposuction of his submental area and jawline to further enhance the results. He was very happy with the balance and improvement in his lower face contours.
