This is a 30 year old female from Los Angeles, CA, who consulted with Dr. Svehlak to discuss her very large pendulous breasts. She complained of shoulder, neck, and back pain because of her heavy breasts. It was difficult for her to find proper fitting bras and clothes, and it was very difficult for her to exercise because of her cumbersome breasts. The patient wanted to reduce her breast size and volume.
