However, she developed significant neck pain, back pain, and difficulty fitting into clothes. To address these concerns, she underwent breast reduction, a breast lift, and a tummy tuck. The vertical scar is from the original gastric bypass surgery, which was performed using an older, pre-laparoscopic technique. Patient is 52 years old
