This is a 33 y.o. mother from Sylmar, CA, who was didn’t like her delfated looking and saggy breasts after breast feeding 3 children. She wanted more fullness throughout and improvement in symmetry. She consulted with Dr. Svehlak.
Dr. Steve Svehlak performed a crescent breast lift (upper areola incision) and dual plane breast augmentation using Allergan Natrelle Inspira silicone implants, size 310cc each. The crescent lift also helped with symmetry. Even though there was a slight bit of glandular ptosis, the patient was very pleased with her results. She avoided a much larger scar breast lift.
