This is a 23 y.o female from Los Angeles who, 3 years prior, had gone to Mexico to get “discounted” breast augmentation surgery. She consulted with Dr. Svehlak because she doesn’t like the look of her breasts. The implants are too high and too big, and the breast tissue is sagging down and over the implants. She wanted a more natural looking, smaller breasts with smaller areolas.
Dr. Svehlak performed an anchor scar breast lift to reposition her breast tissue. Her larger implants were removed and replaced with new smaller saline implants (Mentor 225cc smooth saline implants). She had a capsulotomy and areola reduction. She was very happy with her new more natural looking breasts, even though some of her old scars remained thickened.
