This is a 24 y.o. female who previously had a Benelli breast lift with placement of saline implants by another surgeon. She was dissatisfied with the results that left very large and wide areolas and unsightly areola scars. She also felt her breasts were too droopy. She sought consultation with Dr. Svehlak for improvement of her breasts. After discussing her needs and expectations, a treatment plan was created.
The patient had revisional anchor scar breast lift with capsulotomy and capsulectomy. Her implants were exchanged to slightly larger saline implants placed under the muscle. The new implants were Allergan Natrelle Style 68MP saline implants, 330cc each, filled to 330cc. In addition, to help lift and support her breast tissue better, SERI Surgical Scaffold mesh was placed in the lower pole of the breasts as an “Internal Bra”. This resulted in a very natural looking, more lifted, more symmetric, soft breasts. She was very happy with the results.
