This is a 45 y.o. very thin female from Los Angeles who previously had a breast augmentation with saline implants placed under the muscle. As she healed, the left breast implant dropped and shifted leading to avery asymmetric look. She sought Dr. Svehlak for correction of her breast asymmetry. Her implants were saline Mentor MP 275cc implants filled to 300cc each.
Dr. Svehlak performed correctional surgery for asymmetric breasts. New breast pockets were carefully created and her implants were moved from the submuscular position and placed in a subglandular position. Her breast symmetry was much improved. She was happy with the results.
