This is a 53 y.o. female from Idaho who had some previous body contouring procedures. Even though she worked out regularly, she was concerned about the fullness in her upper arms along with some loose skin. She sought Dr. Svehlak for consultation. Even though she had some loose skin of the upper arms in addition to excess fat, she did not want the scars of a brachioplasty. She would accept some skin looseness in her results.
Dr. Svehlak performed upper arm liposuction through a small incision above the elbow. About 200cc of aspirate was removed from each upper arm. Contours were much improved with not much loosening of the skin. She was very happy with the result.
